Terms of use
These are the rules for using this website. They are short because the site does little: it describes a product and it takes demo requests. Nothing here is sold, and there is nothing to sign up for.
Who runs this site
The site is operated by Tyle Mateusz Heleniak.

What this site is
A description of CaptainFox, which is software for reading a wholesaler's own order data and turning it into opportunities, risks and next actions. The site is marketing material and a way to ask for a demonstration. It is not the product, it does not sell the product, and using it creates no contract between us.
There is no account to create here and nothing to pay for. The sign-in page serves an internal reporting area and is not open to visitors.
The figures you see
Every company, customer, brand and money figure on this site is illustrative. The account cards, the upside numbers and the percentages are examples of the kind of finding the software produces, built from invented companies. They are not results anyone has achieved, not a forecast, and not an offer. What CaptainFox would find in your data depends on your data.
Using the site
Read it, share it, quote it with attribution. What we ask you not to do is the ordinary list: no attempt to break, overload or gain access to anything not published here, no automated harvesting beyond what a search engine does, and nothing that would stop the site working for anyone else.
Sending the demo form
Sending it asks us to get in touch and nothing more. It obliges you to nothing, it obliges us to nothing, and neither of us has promised the other anything by the time the form goes through. We aim to reply within one working day, which is an intention rather than a guarantee.
Please send details that are true and yours to send. If you fill it in for a company, we assume you are entitled to do so.
What happens to those details afterwards is set out in the privacy policy.
What belongs to whom
The text, the design, the illustrations and the CaptainFox name and mark are ours. Reading the site does not transfer any of it to you. Product and company names belonging to other people, of the sort listed as supported integrations, belong to those people and appear here only to say what the software talks to.
Availability
The site is offered as it is, without a promise that it will be reachable at any given moment, free of mistakes, or the same tomorrow. We may change it, move it or take it down. Nothing on it is advice you should act on without checking, and we are not liable for a decision taken on the strength of an illustrative figure.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Polish law, and none of it takes away the rights a consumer has by law.
If something is wrong
Write to the address above and say what happened and what you would like done. We will answer within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it between us, the courts having jurisdiction are the Polish ones.
Changes
If these rules change in a way that matters, the date below changes with them. The version on the site is the one that applies.
